What is your return policy?
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us:
- We do not accept any return requests under any circumstances.
- Exchanges can only be booked once per order. Items that have already been exchanged are not eligible for further return or exchange. Read details in the Refund Policy Section.
- Items bought on a discount of 50% or above are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Review your selection carefully before placing the order.
Do you accept COD orders?
At this point, we do not accept COD orders. If you are worried about the authenticity, you can read our reviews (https://lnk.ink/reviews) or visit our store.
How much does shipping cost & when will I get my order?
Our standard delivery cost and timelines are as follows:
Within Bengaluru - Rs. 80 (3 days from the date of order)
Outside Bengaluru - Rs. 110 (4-7 days from the date of order)
However, as you would understand, shipping timelines are beyond our control. So kindly place your order keeping the uncertainty in mind.
